The ruling on the drowning of two children without negligence on the part of the mother

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
After this, a message was sent by one of the female listeners. She says: The sender is Huda Abdullah. Sister Huda has more than one case. She says: A woman lost two children, a boy and a girl, neither of whom had reached the age of five. They drowned in a water pool. This happened a long time ago. The house was a farm with a water pool, and she was occupied with the burdens of the house, away from them. What is your guidance for her now? May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
She owes nothing, praise be to Allah, because she did not cause it. Unless she placed them by the pool and left them, in which case that is negligence. But if they were in the house as is customary, and she went to her work, and they went to the pool, then she owes nothing, praise be to Allah. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good and do you good.
