The death of a child by drowning without the mother being the cause

One of the sisters listening from Ta'if says: The sender is Umm Nushaymi from Madinah, or rather from al-Madinah al-Munawwarah .... She says in a case that is somewhat lengthy: I am sending you this message with only one question, which is that I have a child who is ten months old, and he passed away as a result of drowning in water. As for the story in detail, it is this: One of the boys poured water into a large bucket, and that boy is six years old, and I was the one who asked him to do so; because I was cleaning the house. Then his older sister came and put soap in the water in the bucket. After I finished cleaning the house, this bucket remained full of water. So I went to the bathroom and found that the water in the bucket was clean. I tried to pour it into the drain, but I saw that the water was plentiful and clean. Finally, I closed the bathroom and took my children with me, and they are four children other than the young one who passed away. After that, I went to the kitchen, I wanted to prepare breakfast. As for the young child, he was playing in one of the rooms in the house. But the decree is written. After a short while, my son who is six years old came to me crying and saying: I found my brother dead in the water. He was lying in the bucket that was full. I went quickly and found that his brother had taken him out of the bucket, and had placed him outside the bathroom, and he had passed away. This incident occurred on (9/11/1408 AH). I ask your eminence to answer my question as soon as possible. May Allah reward you with good?
Answer: There is no blame on you, and praise be to Allah; because you did not cause this. This is an ordinary thing, and you left him so that you could return to him and look into his matter, and the boy was not there but in another place. However, Allah decreed that he would come to him, so it does not harm you. There is no blame on you, if Allah wills, and there is no blood money and no expiation, praise be to Allah. And we ask Allah to compensate you for that child with something better than him, and better than him, and to make him an intercessor for you. Praise be to Allah. Yes.
The presenter: O Allah, amen. May Allah reward you with good.
