The Ruling on One Who Leaves a Single Prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
What is the ruling if one leaves a single prayer?

Answer:
Whether it is one prayer or ten, if one leaves them deliberately until their time passes, such as leaving Fajr until the sun rises deliberately, that is disbelief (kufr), and he must repent to Allah. Or leaving 'Asr until the sun sets, or leaving 'Isha' until Fajr breaks. This is disbelief according to the correct opinion among the scholars. We ask Allah for well-being and safety.
