The ruling on 'Umrah for one who performed Hajj as an individual

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
This message is from the sender (M. A. M.) in Buraydah, Qassim. He says: I performed the obligatory Hajj in one of the years as an individual (ifrad). As is known, I remained in the state of ihram after the arrival tawaf until the stoning of the Jamarat al-Aqabah on the Day of Sacrifice, the 10th of Dhul-Hijjah, then the shaving of the head and the first exit from ihram. We completed the rituals of Hajj: the tawaf and the departure. He says: When we asked about the reality of this Hajj, we were asked to perform an 'Umrah for those who had not previously performed it. We actually performed this 'Umrah from Tan'im. What is the ruling on one who performed Hajj as an individual without an 'Umrah? Is it obligatory for the completion of Hajj or not? We ask for clarification. May Allah guide you.
Answer: Performing Hajj as an individual is valid, and 'Umrah is necessary. If he combined it with Hajj and performed Hajj as a qarin, that suffices and is enough. If he performed Hajj as an individual... he entered ihram for Hajj and remained in his ihram until he completed the rituals of Hajj, then he needs to perform an 'Umrah after that, from Tan'im or other than Tan'im, from the state of ihram, meaning from Tan'im or from al-Ja'ranah or other than that from the state of ihram. If he performed that by entering ihram from al-Ja'ranah or from Tan'im, then he performed tawaf and sa'y and shortened his hair or shaved it, his 'Umrah is complete, and praise be to Allah.
And 'Umrah is obligatory in the most correct of the two opinions of the scholars; because what indicates that has come from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), among which is that when Jibril asked him about Islam, he mentioned to him:
That it is the testimony that there is no god but Allah, and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. He said: And that you establish prayer, and give zakah, and fast Ramadan, and perform Hajj to the House and 'Umrah.أنه شهادة أن لا إله إلا الله، وأن محمداً رسول الله، قال: وأن تقيم الصلاة، وتؤتي الزكاة، وتصوم رمضان، وتحج البيت وتعتمر
, so he mentioned 'Umrah in the explanation of Islam, which indicates its obligatoriness. And Ibn Khuzaymah narrated this hadith with this addition in his Sahih, along with a group of scholars, with a sound chain. Yes.
