Explaining the prescribed action for the ma'mum who enters while the imam is bowing

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Some people, when the imam is bowing in prayer, rush to join the prayer. One of them says the takbir twice: the takbir of entering prayer and the takbir of bowing, while some say it only once. What is the ruling on this?

Answer:
The prescribed action for the ma'mum who arrives while the imam is bowing is not to rush, but to walk with calmness and composure, then enter the row with the imam; because the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) commanded that. He says the takbir of entering prayer while standing, then the takbir of bowing when he descends into ruku'. If he limits himself to the takbir of entering prayer, that suffices him, if Allah wills, so that he does not miss the rak'ah. And success is from Allah.
