Oil and fat do not prevent water from reaching the body

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
You also say: If there is some fat on my body, and it is not on the limbs of wudu', and then I performed wudu' and forgot to remove it or left it, is my wudu' valid or not?
Answer: The presence of fat on the limbs of wudu' or on the body does not prevent the water, and there is no harm in that. If it is on something other than the limbs of wudu', it has no connection to the wudu'. However, in the case of janabah, it does not harm either. If there is fat on the body, such as traces of oil, ghee, or something similar to that fat, this does not prevent water from reaching the skin, so it does not harm. If you perform wudu' and there are traces of fat on your hand, or on your arm, or on your foot, it does not harm. Likewise, the ghusl for janabah and the ghusl for menstruation: if there are traces of fat on the body, it does not prevent the water. The known fat that has no substance and is merely stickiness on the body, this does not prevent the validity of the ghusl or the validity of the wudu'. And praise be to Allah.
