The Friday prayer sufficing for the Dhuhr prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The last message we have in hand in this session came from the Syrian Arab Republic. Its sender, Saleh Sa'id Suwaid from Syria, has a set of questions, or rather two questions. He asks, first: Does the Friday prayer take the place of the Dhuhr prayer? I ask for clarification on this according to all the schools of jurisprudence?
Answer: Yes, if one prays the Friday prayer, it suffices for the Dhuhr prayer according to all the scholars. If one prays the Friday prayer in the manner prescribed by Allah, it suffices for the Dhuhr prayer. There is another opinion held by some scholars that if there are several mosques in a town, one should pray Dhuhr after Friday as a precaution; because they fear that some of the Friday prayers may not be valid due to being performed without a valid excuse for having multiple congregations. This is a view of no substance and should not be relied upon. Whenever multiple Friday congregations are held in a town out of need for them, every Friday prayer suffices for the one who prays it. If there are four or five mosques in a town, all of them suffice for the Dhuhr prayer, praise be to Allah. It is not permissible to pray Dhuhr after it, as some people do in some towns, praying Dhuhr after Friday as a precaution. This is a religious innovation with no basis or foundation. Whoever prays the Friday prayer, it suffices for him, praise be to Allah. Allah has obligated upon us five prayers, not six. So whoever prays Dhuhr after Friday has performed six prayers, and this is reprehensible. Allah has only obligated upon the servants five prayers in the day and night: five, and the fifth is the Friday prayer on the day of Friday. So whoever performs Dhuhr after it has performed a sixth, and this is not permissible and is a religious innovation. The Friday prayer is sufficient, praise be to Allah. If one prays the Friday prayer, it suffices, praise be to Allah. Yes.
The presenter: May Allah reward you. He actually made it a tail to the question, but you answered it; because he asks what the excuse is that those who pray Dhuhr after Friday use, and you have mentioned that.
The Shaykh: Yes, yes.
