These are complete attributes with which He is described as being complete in every respect, and with which He is named: He is the All-Knowing, the Wise, the All-Powerful over what He named Himself with . So, Exalted is He, He has the beautiful names as He named Himself, and He has their great meanings, all of their meanings being complete.
