The ruling on one who begins a journey for the obligatory Hajj from a place other than his own city

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Is the obligatory Hajj permissible if I begin the journey for it from outside my city?

Answer:
Yes, there is nothing wrong with it if you are, for example, from the people of Riyadh, and you begin the journey from al-Madinah, having visited al-Madinah, and you begin the journey from there to Makkah for Hajj; that is sufficient. Or if you visited Jeddah for a need, and then you caught up with Hajj, and you entered the state of ihram from Jeddah; the Hajj is valid. Or Makkah itself, if you visited it for a need, or for a relative, or a friend, and then Hajj came; you enter the state of ihram with the people for Hajj, and that is sufficient for you and valid for you. And you must also perform 'Umrah if you have not performed it. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good.
