The ruling on borrowing from a person whose earnings are forbidden

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
He says: There was a friend who was going through a financial hardship, so he wanted to borrow some money from one of his friends, but some people told him: Do not borrow from him; because his money is forbidden, and because he works in old statues. Is it necessary for a person, when he borrows money from his brother, to ask about its source, or to ask about its source? And if it comes through an unlawful means, is there a sin on the person if he borrows? We ask for guidance. May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
If he knows that his acquisition is forbidden, and that his money is forbidden, he does not borrow from him. But if he does not know, he is not required to ask; he borrows from his brother, and praise be to Allah, and the original state is safety. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good.
