The ruling on following the imam's voice on television or radio

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
He says: If I watch people praying on television, or hear them on the radio, am I allowed to follow them and pray?

Answer:
No, you are not allowed to do that. If you cannot go out to the congregation, you should pray alone. Otherwise, you must pray in the mosques. As for if you are sick and pray alone, if you have someone in your house to pray with you, such as your family, they should pray with you; otherwise, pray alone, praise be to Allah.
As for if you are able, it is obligatory for you to pray with the congregation in the mosques of Allah, and you must beware of imitating the people of hypocrisy. As for praying by following the imam's voice on the radio, or on television, following the imam by the sound of the amplifier on television, or ... this is not permissible, yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good.
