What is the ruling on praying from the television?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Is the prayer of a woman valid if she follows the prayer from the television during the tarawih prayer, because she does not memorize the Qur'an and wants to complete a recitation?

Answer:
Answer: But where is the imam? He might be in the East while she is in the West. This is not permissible. She must follow the imam directly, praying while seeing him in the mosque or in a place connected to the mosque. As for the television, this is not permissible. First, because of the distance between the imam and the one praying behind him. Second, the imam in the East and she in the West, or vice versa, might differ. The television broadcasts from far away. The microphone that broadcasts his prayer to the house is not permissible for the people in the houses to pray behind. The microphone, even when it is close, is not something they can pray behind, because they are not in the mosque, nor in a place connected to the mosque, so they are not in the place of completion. How then with the television, which comes from the East and the West?
