The ruling on reciting al-Fatihah during buying and selling

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
This questioner asks: Is it permissible for us to recite al-Fatihah during buying and selling?

Answer:
This has no basis. During buying and selling, one should increase the remembrance of Allah. As for al-Fatihah specifically, no; it is sufficient to glorify Allah, say Allahu Akbar, and remember Allah, to enjoin good and forbid evil. However, if one is sitting... and he is reciting the Qur'an; well, he recites the Qur'an, it is not specific to al-Fatihah, he recites the Qur'an, there is nothing specific. So if the one who buys and sells... from him, he should account for it, speak to him, or read in a book to benefit from the book.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
