Is the Fajr prayer recited aloud when making it up?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
His last question says: Does the one who prays recite aloud in the Fajr prayer after the sun has risen, whether he is praying alone or in congregation?

Answer:
Yes, if he missed the Fajr prayer and prays it alone, he recites aloud, even if it is after the sun has risen. He prays it with loud recitation. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prayed it with loud recitation when he and his Companions slept through a prayer until the sun had risen on one of his journeys. He (peace and blessings be upon him) prayed it with loud recitation just as he used to pray it within its time (peace and blessings be upon him). He prayed the regular voluntary prayer, ordered the adhan to be called, and then the iqamah was called, and he prayed the obligatory prayer (peace and blessings be upon him). Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good.
