What does one do if he marries a woman who does not pray?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
السؤال:
This questioner from Sudan has used the initials (A. A. H) for his name. He says: My father forced me to marry a relative of mine, but I do not love her, and she does not pray. I have three children from her, and she hates my mother. What should I do with her? May you be rewarded.
Answer:
If she does not pray, and you do pray, then the marriage is not valid. One who does not pray is a disbeliever. If you are praying, and praise be to Allah, and she is not praying, then the marriage is not valid. Send her back to her family, and Allah will provide for you someone better than her. Whoever gives up something for the sake of Allah, Allah replaces it with something better for him. He, the Exalted, says: [Al-Talaq: 2-3] And He, the Exalted, says: [Al-Talaq: 4] So send her away, and seek another from among the women who pray. Be glad of the good, for your children are following you due to the doubt (shubhah). Your children from her are your children, and they follow you, and their lineage is valid. But separate from her. Give her a document of one divorce, and ask your Lord to replace her with someone better for you, and ask Allah for her guidance. Yes.
The presenter: And if she returns to prayer, Your Eminence?
Answer: And if she repents, you may keep her by renewing the contract. If she repents, there is no harm in renewing the contract if you desire her. It would be with a new contract and a new mahr if she repents.
The presenter: May Allah reward you with good, Your Eminence.
