Question:
The following message was received by the program from listener Sa'd Salih Waham from Wasit Province, Iraq. Our brother Sa'd asks about the things that a person in the state of ihram may kill?

Answer:
It is established from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said:
Five of the animals are all harmful creatures, and they are killed in the sacred and non-sacred precincts: the crow, the kite, the rat, the scorpion, and the biting dogخمس من الدواب كلهن الفواسق، يقتلن في الحل والحرم: الغراب، والحدأة، والفأرة، والعقرب، والكلب العقور
, and in another narration:
and the snakeوالحية
, and in another narration:
and the predatory beastوالسبع العادي
. These and their like are killed in the sacred and non-sacred precincts: the crow, the kite, the rat, the snake, the scorpion, and the biting dog, and likewise the beasts of prey: such as the wolf, the lion, the leopard, and the like, and likewise the insects that cause harm: such as mosquitoes, flies, and the like of what causes harm. There is no blame on the person in the state of ihram or the person in the state of non-ihram for any of this, in the sacred or non-sacred precincts. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
