Q 1: Whatis the ruling on saying this statement: (That Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He, is present in every place) ؟
A 1: The statement that Allah is present in every place is the statement of the hululiyyah (the pantheists), and it is a false statement and disbelief in Allah, Mighty and Majestic; because Allah, Glorified and Exalted, is above His heavens, having risen above His Throne, and He is free from being present in
His creations, and He is rich in Himself while His creations are in need of Him. Allah the Exalted said:

Indeed, Allah holds the heavens and the earth, lest they cease

إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُمْسِكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ أَنْ تَزُولا

[Fatir 35:41]

, and He the Exalted said:

And He restrains the sky from falling upon the earth, unless by His permission

وَيُمْسِكُ السَّمَاءَ أَنْ تَقَعَ عَلَى الأَرْضِ إِلا بِإِذْنِهِ

[Al-Hajj 22:65]

, and He the Exalted said:

Indeed, your Lord is Allah, who created the heavens and earth in six days and then established Himself above the Throne

إِنَّ رَبَّكُمُ اللَّهُ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ ثُمَّ اسْتَوَى عَلَى الْعَرْشِ

[Al-A'raf 7:54]

the verse, and He the Exalted said:

So the judgement is with Allah, the Most High, the Grand."

فَالْحُكْمُ لِلَّهِ الْعَلِيِّ الْكَبِيرِ

[Ghafir 40:12]

, and He the Exalted said:

The Most Merciful [who is] above the Throne established.

الرَّحْمَنُ عَلَى الْعَرْشِ اسْتَوَى

[Taha 20:5]
