Ruling on a woman removing hair from her eyebrows and face

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
This is a letter from the sister (Y. M. B) from Iraq, who says: Is it permissible for a woman to remove the hair present on her face and to shape her eyebrows; that is, by removing the excess hair from the eyebrow?

Answer:
She is not permitted to do so. She is not permitted to alter the hair of the eyebrows, nor the ordinary hair on the face. Rather, she should leave it as is; because the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)
May Allah curse the one who plucks her eyebrows and the one who has her eyebrows pluckedلعن النامصة والمتنمصة
And the scholars of language mentioned that *nams* is the removal of hair from the eyebrows and the hair of the face.
Therefore, it is obligatory to leave it alone, except if there is something in the facial hair that deviates from the norm and disfigures the creation, such as a mustache or a beard. In that case, it is removed according to the scholars, and there is no blame in doing so.
As for the ordinary, slight hair that may be on the face, this is left alone.
And likewise, the eyebrows are not permissible to be removed, nor to be thinned; because the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)
May Allah curse the one who plucks her eyebrows and the one who has her eyebrows pluckedلعن النامصة والمتنمصة
And the scholars interpreted *nams* linguistically as the removal of the eyebrows and the hair of the face. Yes.
