The Sunnah of sitting in the tawruk position in the final tashahhud and the taslim in a voluntary prayer of two rak'ahs

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
This questioner says: If one forgets the first tashahhud, should he sit for the final tashahhud in the tawruk position or the iftirash position? And how are the four rak'ahs before the midday prayer performed; with one taslim or two?

Answer:
The Sunnah in the first tashahhud is iftirash. If one forgets it and stands up, he performs two prostrations of forgetfulness. As for tawruk, it is in the final tashahhud. The Sunnah is to sit in the tawruk position in the final tashahhud, even if he has forgotten the first tashahhud. The Sunnah is tawruk in the final tashahhud.
And tawruk is: sitting on one's buttocks, extending the left leg out to the right side under the right leg. This is tawruk.
And iftirash is: sitting on the left leg and extending the right leg. This is prescribed in the first tashahhud and between the two prostrations for those who are able to do it.
As for the final tashahhud in the sunset prayer, the night prayer, the midday prayer, and the afternoon prayer, one sits in the tawruk position, sitting on one's buttocks, following the example of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Yes.

The presenter: Are the four rak'ahs before the midday prayer performed with one taslim?

Answer: The Sunnah is two taslims in the midday prayer and the others. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Prayer by night and day should consist of pairs of rak'ahs.صلاة الليل والنهار مثنى مثنى
Sunan Abi Dawud 1295Sahih (Al-Albani)
So he prays four rak'ahs before the midday prayer with two taslims, and four rak'ahs before the afternoon prayer with two taslims. This is the Sunnah. And four rak'ahs after the midday prayer with two taslims; this is the most preferable. Yes.
