What is the ruling on divorce in a state of anger?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The listener (S. S. A. Al-Shahri) from the Eastern Region asks the following: What is the ruling on divorce in a state of anger? A kind of anger occurred between me and my family, and I said, “By my divorce, you will no longer remain in this house,” meaning you will not sit in it. This repeated on my part two times, or more, and Allah knows best, for I do not know how many times, as I was in a state of anger, and I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Shaytan. Then, after a short while, the Shaytan left, and I reconciled with my family, and they are with me in the house now. What is your guidance, Your Eminence? May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
Anger involves a detailed distinction: it may be such that the feeling disappears with it, it may intensify until it approaches the disappearance of the feeling, or it may be mild. There is a distinction in this. So we advise you to contact the judge in your area, along with the woman and her guardian, so that you all explain the reality of the situation to him. Then he will issue a ruling for you based on what he sees. Or, write to me, and I will refer you to the competent authority so that they can look into what occurred from you and from your wife.
The point is that anger involves a detailed distinction, so return to the judge in your area. In what he sees as sufficient—may Allah will it—you, the woman, and her guardian should be present with him, and you should explain the reality of the situation to him. In what the judge sees—may Allah will it—there is good and truth. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
