What is your opinion on calling the people of the villages who live far from the cities and do not find anyone to call them to the true Islam?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh: Go ahead.
The student : What is your advice to the Arab countries regarding their position toward the Muslims in the villages?

The Shaykh : Who are they?
The student : They are in Azerbaijan, but in the villages around the city.

The Shaykh : Yes.
The student : And they are thirsty for Islam, and they do not know anything about the religion. It is assumed that the Arabs should provide them with the means to build a specific mosque, and stay in the mosque, meaning to receive those who come and teach them some of the truth!

The Shaykh : May Allah reward you. As long as you do not have a mosque in which the prayer is valid, you should, in terms of prayer, designate a place where you gather. And in terms of calling to Allah, the earth of Allah is vast; you can mix with the people and call them. But I advise you to be scrupulous in your knowledge, and not to be led astray with the astray by answering questions that may require precise knowledge. Because we know from many of the young students of knowledge that they get involved, and that they answer with what they do not know. So start with yourself, then with others.
The student : We understand, O Shaykh. There were some teachers among us, and we used to say that they are the most knowledgeable people about the creed of the Salaf among us. They go to the villages, but they remain in the mosques, not the mosque that is with us in the city, but in the villages. They stay in the mosque and wait for the people when they come, and these are very few. They teach them the creed, as for the rest of the people, and they are in the millions, and thirsty for the religion, they do not get any share of the call.

The Shaykh: All right.
The student : Except for some of the call groups who...

The Shaykh : Fine, I told you: mix with them and call them.
The student : Yes, so what is your advice? How do I start?

The Shaykh : I do not know, my brother, because every country has its customs, traditions, and circumstances. I do not know how! But I advise you to be scrupulous in your knowledge, so that you are able to call these people, especially those who are farthest from knowing Islam. Calling to Islam requires two things: first: knowledge, and second: wisdom and good exhortation. Without knowledge, there is nothing. And I believe that many of our brothers among the students of knowledge care more about others than they care about themselves. So if you dedicate the times when you find yourself free to learn and be scrupulous in your knowledge, then you call the people on occasions. Do not go out to call while you still do not know the call! No, first: learn, then call.
