The Virtue of the Hour of Friday and the Time to Seek It

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
This is a questioner for the program from Kuwait (A. F) who says: Your Eminence, may Allah preserve you: I read the following phrases in a book and I want you to clarify their correctness. The phrase is: “They differed regarding this hour—meaning: the hour of response on the day of Friday—so in the individual narrations of Muslim from the hadith of Abu Musa:
This hour is found during the period when the imam is seated (for giving Friday sermon) until the prayer is finished.أنها ما بين أن يجلس الإمام إلى أن تنقضي الصلاة
Sunan Abi Dawud 1049
And in another hadith:
It is between the imam finishing the sermon until the prayer is completedهي ما بين فراغ الإمام من الخطبة إلى أن تقضى الصلاة
, and in the hadith of Jabir:
in the last hour after 'Asrبأنها في آخر ساعة بعد العصر
Sunan an-Nasa'i 1389Sahih (Darussalam)
, and in the hadith of Anas he said:
the period between `Asr prayer and the sun setالتمسوها ما بين صلاة العصر إلى غروب الشمس
Sahih al-Bukhari 7533
, and Abu Bakr al-Athram said: These hadiths do not lack two aspects:
Either some of them are more authentic than others.
Or this hour moves among the times, like the movement of the Night of Decree in the nights of the ten.
Is it correct, Your Eminence, that this hour moves among the times? And likewise that the Night of Decree moves in the nights of the ten?

Answer:
Yes, the Night of Decree moves in the ten nights from the twenty-first to the thirtieth; it is hoped for in all the nights, but it is more emphasized in the odd-numbered nights. And so it is with the hour of Friday; it is hoped for between the imam sitting on the pulpit until the prayer is completed, and after the 'Asr prayer until the setting of the sun. All of these are places where this hour is likely to be, as the hadiths have come. It is recommended for the believer to seek it in these times, to supplicate in these times: between the imam sitting on the pulpit on Friday until the prayer is completed: in his prostration, between the two sermons, and before entering the prayer. He supplicates with whatever easy, good supplications are available, and at the end of the prayer before he says the closing salam. And so it is after 'Asr: he sits in his place of prayer waiting for the prayer; because whoever sits waiting for the prayer is in prayer. So if he sits in his place of prayer waiting for the Maghrib prayer, and supplicates to his Lord at the end of the day of Friday; response is hoped for for him. Yes.
