The fourth question of Fatwa No. ( 19305 )
Q 4: What is your opinion of one who prays the prayer at the hour , and does not pray it as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) commanded us in its time; such as the appearance of the red twilight at dawn?
A 4: The prayer has specific times, with a time of beginning and a time of ending, and and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) maintained the performance of the prayers in their five times, and he said: Sahih al-Bukhari 6008 , so it is obligatory for the Muslim to observe the times of prayer, and to take care
to regulate them, and to hasten to pray in its time with the congregation. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and his Companions.
