Ruling on the prayer of a patient whose garment has blood on it and he has no other garment

Question:
If there are blood stains on a person's clothing, should he pray in them or wait until clean clothing is brought to him?
Answer:
He should pray according to his circumstances; he must not leave the prayer until the time expires, but rather he should pray according to his circumstances: [al-Taghabun:16]. It is obligatory for those in charge to wash the blood off it or replace his garment with another one. If the time becomes tight for him and they do not replace his garment or wash it, he should pray according to his circumstances. However, if replacing the garment or washing it is easy, he should replace it or wash it before the time expires. If they delay beyond that, it is not permissible to leave the prayer until the time expires; rather, he should pray within the time, even if there is some ritual impurity on his garment: [At-Taghabun 64:16].
