The ruling on one who prays after sleeping and then remembers a missed prayer before it

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
If a person is sleeping at the time of the midday prayer and does not wake up until after the call to the sunset prayer, and he prays the sunset prayer, then remembers that he did not pray the afternoon prayer: does he pray it or not?

Answer:
Yes, if he prays the sunset prayer while forgetting the afternoon prayer, and then he remembers it, he prays the afternoon prayer, and the sunset prayer is sufficient. However, doing it intentionally is not allowed; he must not do it intentionally. He must start with the afternoon prayer and then the sunset prayer, just as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did when he was occupied on the Day of the Trench in fighting the disbelievers. They occupied him with the afternoon prayer, so he prayed it after the sunset, and then he prayed the sunset prayer after it. But if he forgot and prayed the sunset prayer, and then remembered that he owed the afternoon prayer or another one, he prays the missed prayer, and the one he prayed is sufficient for him due to the forgetfulness:
Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we have forgotten or erred.رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِنْ نَسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا
