Does the multiplied reward for prayer cover all of Makkah?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Is the reward for prayers multiplied only in al-Masjid al-Haram, or in all of Makkah, or in all of the Haram? And what distinguishes al-Masjid al-Haram from the rest of Makkah and the rest of the Haram?

Answer:
It was mentioned in the previous lecture that the correct view is that the multiplication covers all of Makkah and the entire Haram; based on his saying (peace and blessings be upon him):
A prayer in this mosque of mine is better than a thousand prayers in any other place, except al-Masjid al-Haram. And a prayer in al-Masjid al-Haram is better than a prayer in this mosque of mine by a hundred prayers.
, which means that it is by a hundred thousand. Prayer in al-Masjid al-Haram is by a hundred thousand, and in the Prophet’s (peace and blessings be upon him) mosque it is better than a thousand prayers in any other place. And in another hadith it came:
And in al-Masjid al-Aqsa it is by five hundred prayers.وفي المسجد الأقصى بخمسمئة صلاةٍ
, and all of Makkah and all its mosques have multiplication in them.
But this does not mean that it is permissible for one to pray in his house and leave the congregation. No, it is obligatory for him to pray with the congregation. However, the multiplication is obtained for him if he prays voluntary prayers in his house, or if he missed the prayer and then prayed in his house. But the area around the Ka'bah is distinguished by the large congregations, the virtue of being close to the Ka'bah and seeing it, and it is distinguished by whatever reward Allah wills .
