The ruling on greeting the mosque for one who enters it for a circle after Fajr?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
He entered the mosque for a dhikr circle after the Fajr prayer. Is it better for him to pray the greeting of the mosque or to sit?

Answer:
He prays the greeting of the mosque and then sits, just as if he came and the imam was delivering the Friday sermon, he would pray the greeting of the mosque and then sit. Likewise, if he came and there was a circle of knowledge in the mosque, he prays the greeting of the mosque and then sits in the circle.
Q: Is it not a time of prohibition?
A: Even if it is a time of prohibition, the greeting of the mosque is performed at all times.
