Which is better, the adhan or leading the prayer?

Question:
If one of them is given the choice between the adhan and leading the prayer, which is better?

Answer:
He should choose the one he is stronger for:
If he is capable of leading the prayer, then leading the prayer is better.
And if he is not capable of it, he should choose the adhan.
Because people differ on this; if he is qualified for leading the prayer and qualified for the adhan, he should choose what he believes, or what he thinks is more likely, that he can handle and perform in the best manner.
Q: And regarding the reward: which has the greater reward, the adhan or the iqamah?
