Ruling on a Woman Wearing What Is Called a "Kab"

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Some women wear what is called a "kab," and when a woman wears it, it exposes the shoulders. What is the ruling?

Answer:
If she is covered, praise be to Allah. Having her limbs covered is better and more complete.
Q: It exposes the shoulders?
A: The size does not matter if the hair, skin, and flesh are covered, so the matter is easy.
Q: It reveals the flesh, meaning: when a woman wears it, it tempts men because it shows the parts of the woman: it shows her shoulder and her hip?
A: This is not permissible. What reveals any of her characteristics is reprehensible. She must be covered.
