The ruling on raising the voice in takbir during lectures

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Some people, when one of them gives a lecture in a place and speaks about matters concerning the da'wah or concerning Islam, the attendees raise their voices in takbir: Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar?

Answer:
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to say takbir and tasbih when he saw something he liked or something he disapproved of. When he (peace and blessings be upon him) said to them:
Will you not be pleased to be a quarter of the people of Paradise?ألا ترضون أن تكونوا ربعَ أهل الجنة؟
Sahih Ibn Hibban 64:153
, he said:
Narrated `Abdullah bin Masud: While Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) was sitting, reclining his back against a Yemenite leather tent he said to his companions, "Will you be pleased to be one-fourth of the people of Paradise?" They said, 'Yes.' He said "Won't you be pleased to be one-third of the people of Paradise" They said, "Yes." He said, "By Him in Whose Hand Muhammad's soul is, I hope that you will be one-half of the people of Paradise."ألا تَرْضَون أن تكونوا نصفَ أهل الجنة؟
Sahih al-Bukhari 6642
. As for when he heard something inappropriate, he would say: Subhan Allah, Subhan Allah. So there is a basis for it. Therefore, if a person sees something he likes or disapproves of, he may say tasbih or remember Allah and say takbir, and there is no harm in that.
Q: If the listeners say takbir in a collective, loud voice, and perhaps one person says it through a loudspeaker and the others repeat it with him?
A: If something of importance happens, such as the speaker informing them that the Muslims have conquered such-and-such, or that something has happened to the Muslims—meaning something that draws attention—and they say takbir, there is nothing wrong with it. However, it should not be in a collective voice; each person should say takbir on his own. Even if he precedes his brother, it is not a condition that my voice be with your voice.
