The questioner : A questioner asks: What is the most authentic report regarding the description of the takbir on the night of the festival and its day?

The Shaykh : The matter in this is broad, because various forms have been narrated from the Companions. If one says, "Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, there is no god but Allah, Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, and to Allah belongs all praise," that is valid.
And if one says, "Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, there is no god but Allah alone, having no partner, to Him belongs the dominion and to Him belongs all praise, and He is over all things Able, Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, and to Allah belongs all praise," there is nothing wrong with it.
