If a person completes the sa'y (walking between al-Safa and al-Marwah) to the point where he misses the prayer out of ignorance, does he sin?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : If a person was ignorant of the ruling and completed the lap until he missed the prayer by his own choice, is there any blame on him?

The Shaykh : Did he miss the prayer entirely?!
The student : No, for example, one rak'ah (unit of prayer)?

The Shaykh : By Allah, this depends on his knowledge. If he knew the ruling, we do not say that he missed the prayer.
The student : Yes, he misses one rak'ah (unit of prayer).

The Shaykh : No, no, he does not miss the prayer, but he is sinful.
The student : Yes, I remember when I would complete it, sometimes I would miss a rak'ah (unit of prayer).

The Shaykh : He is not sinful.
The student : May Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh : And Glory is to You, O Allah, and praise, I bear witness that there is no god but You, I seek Your forgiveness and turn to You in repentance. Good.
The student : May Allah honor you, O Shaykh.

The Shaykh : Welcome.
The student : May Allah reward you with good. Pray for us. May Allah bless you.

The Shaykh : And you all, pray for us.
The student : May Allah reward you.

The Shaykh : Welcome.
The student : May Allah reward you.
