Ruling on saying: (There is no god but Allah alone, He has no partner) after Fajr and Maghrib

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
At the end of the letter, the two questioners say: We read a sheet sent from your Eminence, if that is correct regarding the dhikr.
The Shaykh: Yes. Yes.
The presenter: We read a sheet sent from your Eminence to the people, if that is correct regarding the dhikr after the obligatory prayer, and it did not include the saying: (There is no god but Allah alone, He has no partner, to Him belongs dominion and to Him belongs praise, He gives life and causes death, and He is over all things competent) ten times after Maghrib and Fajr. Did it not come within the dhikr after the obligatory prayer, or what?
Answer: This is prescribed after Fajr and Maghrib. If it was not mentioned in the letter, it can be mentioned in future editions; because I do not recall the state of the letter right now. But if it was not mentioned, it will be mentioned, if Allah wills, in the future. Otherwise, it is established in Maghrib and Fajr. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to remember Allah ten times, saying:
There is no god but Allah alone, having no partner, to Him belongs the dominion and to Him belongs the praise, He gives life and causes death, and in His hand is all good, and He is over all things competent.لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له، له الملك وله الحمد، يحيي ويميت بيده الخير وهو على كل شيء قدير
Al-Mustadrak lil-Hakim 18:172
ten times. It is prescribed for the believing man and woman to do this after Fajr and after Maghrib. Yes.
The presenter: May Allah reward you.
