Guidance for one who feels fear and shyness in the company of people

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
A message was received by the program from one of the brothers, who says he is eighteen years old. He feels fear and shyness and is unable to sit with people. He asks the Shaykh for guidance, and whether there are supplications that affect this condition that he experiences and suffers from greatly, as he says?
Answer: Yes, this is from Shaytan. He should seek refuge in Allah from Shaytan and realize that he is a man among men, and that there is no reason for this fear and no reason for this shyness. He is a man who sits with men, walks with men, prays with men, speaks with men, and works with men. So there is no reason for this shyness and no reason for this fear. However, what helps in this is to seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created, three times in the morning and three times in the evening. And to say: In the name of Allah, with Whose name nothing on earth or in the sky can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing, three times in the morning and three times in the evening. For this is among the causes that Allah suffices him from all evil. And among that is reading Ayat al-Kursi after every prayer, and also reading the two verses from the end of Surat al-Baqarah every night:
The Messenger has believed in what was revealed to him from his Lord, and [so have] the believersآمَنَ الرَّسُولُ بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ رَبِّهِ وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ
[al-Baqarah:285] to the end of the surah, and reading (Say: He is Allah, the One) and the two chapters of protection (al-Mu'awwidhatayn) after the prayers, once after Dhuhr, 'Asr, and 'Isha, and three times after Maghrib and Fajr. All of this is among the causes of safety and the removal of fears. Yes.
