Explanation that the jinn have several languages, just as the children of Adam do

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The listener is Ghalib 'Abdullah Zayd, a Yemeni resident in Jeddah. I do not know why he is asking about the languages of the jinn, Your Eminence?
Answer: It appears that they are like the humans; they have multiple languages among them. There are English speakers among them, French speakers, Americans, non-Arabs, and Arabs; they are of different kinds. This is because Allah said about them:
And among us are the righteous, and among us are [others] not so; we were [of] divided ways.وَأَنَّا مِنَّا الصَّالِحُونَ وَمِنَّا دُونَ ذَلِكَ كُنَّا طَرَائِقَ قِدَدًا
[al-Jinn:11], so they are on different paths. And He, the Exalted, said about them:
And among us are Muslims [in submission to Allah], and among us are the unjustوَأَنَّا مِنَّا الْمُسْلِمُونَ وَمِنَّا الْقَاسِطُونَ
[al-Jinn:14], so they are categories and groups. Among them are the righteous and the wicked, the Jahmiyyah, the Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama'ah, the Rafidah, the Christians, the Jews, and others. They are various categories and groups:
And among us are the righteous, and among us are [others] not soوَأَنَّا مِنَّا الصَّالِحُونَ وَمِنَّا دُونَ ذَلِكَ
[al-Jinn:11]. His saying:
those below thatدُونَ ذَلِكَ
[al-Jinn:11] encompasses the other groups. Yes.
