Ruling on one who cannot perform the Friday prayer due to the employer's refusal

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The last question from our brother says: I am a young man at my workplace, and during my shift, I am not allowed to leave the place of work. I went to the Friday prayer; is it valid?
Answer: The most likely view—may Allah know best—is that the Friday prayer is valid, but it is not permissible for you until you inform them. You must inform them that you cannot leave the Friday prayer. Either they allow you to go, or they arrange a substitute for you. Do not neglect your work without their permission. I mean: guarding is a serious matter, and the danger in leaving it is great. In some cases, it is obligatory for you to ask for permission or make an excuse, saying: No, I do not agree to this matter. Or ask them for permission; if they give you permission, you pray the Friday prayer. Otherwise, stick to the guard duty and pray the midday prayer in your place. Yes.
The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
