Ruling on the midday prayer for a woman who becomes ritually pure at the time of the afternoon prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
If a woman takes a full ritual bath from menstruation at the time of the afternoon prayer, does she pray the midday and afternoon prayers, or only the afternoon prayer?
Answer: Yes, if a menstruating woman takes a full ritual bath at the time of the afternoon prayer, she prays both the midday and afternoon prayers. A group of the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) issued a ruling to this effect. Likewise, if she takes a full ritual bath at night, either at the beginning or the end of the night, she prays both the sunset and night prayers. This is because the midday and afternoon prayers share the same ruling for one who has an excuse, as they are combined. Similarly, the sunset and night prayers share the same ruling for one who has an excuse, just as in the case of a sick person. Thus, a menstruating woman who takes a full ritual bath is like a sick person: she makes up both the midday and afternoon prayers together at the time of the afternoon prayer, and she makes up both the sunset and night prayers together if she takes a full ritual bath during the night, even after the middle of the night.
