If the floods sweep away the cemetery, it is the responsibility of the one in authority and the competent authorities to look into the matter, return the bones to their graves, level them, and fence the cemetery so that it is not affected again. The one in authority, or the generous people who seek reward, should return the bones to their place, with the bones of each grave in its own place. If they do not know the specific locations, they should bury them in any part of the cemetery, level them with the surface of the graves as they are, so that they are recognized as graves, and fence the cemetery with a mesh or a structure so that they are not desecrated and so that the floods do not enter it.
