Is the husband sinful if his absence from his wife is prolonged with her consent?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
A message was received for the program from the listener Ya'qub Muhammad Abdullah, residing in Ta'if, who says: What is the ruling on the period I spend in the Kingdom, which ranges up to two years, and the wife is content? Am I sinful, or not?

Answer:
You are not sinful, as long as she is content, you are not sinful. However, if it is possible for you to visit them, visiting your family from time to time, that is better, more excellent, more cautious, and more purifying for the conscience; because she may be content out of modesty and consideration for your feelings. So the best is that you have mercy on her, show her compassion, and do not prolong the absence.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
