Does a father have the right to take from his son's wealth?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
He says: I bought a farm with my own money, which I earned by working abroad, and I registered the farm in my name with an official contract. Do my father and my brothers and sisters have a right to this farm or not?
Please inform me, may Allah reward you.

Answer:
Yes, your father has a right; he has the right to eat from it:
You and your wealth belong to your fatherأنت ومالك لأبيك
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
You and your wealth belong to your fatherأنت ومالك لأبيك
And he (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
The best of your provision is what you earn, and your children are part of what you earn.إن أطيب ما أكلتم من كسبكم، وإن أولادكم من كسبكم
Sunan Ibn Majah 2290Sahih (Darussalam)
So the father may eat from it and benefit from it, and he may take from it what does not harm you; he takes from it what does not harm you: fruit, dates, grains, something that does not harm you.
As for what harms you and harms your family, no, he does not take anything that harms you.
And as for your brothers and uncles, no, they have no right except with your permission, yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
