Is it permissible for one who intends to travel during the day in Ramadan to break his fast while he is in his house?

The questioner : Likewise, in the case of a person who intends to travel on one of the days of Ramadan, and he has not yet boarded, but is sitting in his house, is it permissible for him to break his fast? And naturally, he is confident that he will eat, because his distance is far; otherwise, he would not engage in the journey and be in the middle of the trip.

The Shaykh : It is permissible for him to eat in his house as long as he has resolved to travel.
