Ruling on recording the adhan of the Makkah Haram and transmitting it to another mosque

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
We begin first with the letter of 'Atiyyah 'Ayyadh al-Harithi, in which he says: If one records the voice of one of the mu'adhdhins of the House of Allah the Sacred, because their voices are very beautiful, and places the recorder in front of the microphone at the time of the adhan, and then it comes out of the recorder through the microphone, is that permissible or not?
May Allah guide you.

Answer:
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and blessings and peace be upon His slave and messenger, His intimate friend and His trustee over His revelation, our Prophet and our Imam Muhammad ibn 'Abdullah, and upon his family and his Companions and whoever follows his guidance. As for what follows:
No, this is not appropriate. The adhan in the Sacred Mosque is for the people of the Sacred Mosque. As for transmitting it to other countries, that is not suitable, and it should not be placed in front of the microphone for people to hear. This causes confusion for people and leads to deception. Every country has its own adhan, its own time, and its own mu'adhdhins who suffice for it.
As for transmitting the adhan of a person from Makkah to Riyadh, or to such and such, or to such and such, that is not valid. Yes.
