What is the ruling on naming someone Umm Raziq?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Do you have a word regarding this name (Raziq), O Shaykh? Do you say Umm Raziq?

Answer:
This name is not appropriate; for it is Allah , it is Allah (Exalted and Majestic is He),
Indeed, it is Allah who is the [continual] Provider, the firm possessor of strength.إِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الرَّزَّاقُ ذُو الْقُوَّةِ الْمَتِينُ
[Surat al-Dhariyat: 58]. It should be said: 'Abd al-Razzaq, or Umm 'Abd al-Razzaq, adding 'Abd or Umm 'Abd al-Razzaq; this is what is appropriate. So it is not said: Umm Khalaq, or Umm Razzaq; for these two names are among His exclusive attributes , He is the Creator, and He is the Provider, yes.

The presenter: You may be tired of some of the official procedures, and your name, O Shaykh?

The Shaykh: Do what you can, and when you speak, say: I am Umm Abd al-Raziq, and say to whoever speaks to you: I am Umm Abd al-Raziq. And if she has dependents, change it if she is able. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good. If she faces some difficulties and cannot change it?

The Shaykh: There is no blame on her, but she should not say anything other than: Umm Abd al-Raziq. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
