Question:
A message was received for the program from the listener Abd al-Razzaq Muhammad Saleh al-'Ilmi from Yemen-Bi Han. He says in his message: What is the ruling on one who lives with a group of young men, but they do not pray the dawn prayer at its time; rather, they leave it until they get up for work, and then they pray? He ordered them to do so, but they did not respond? He asks for your guidance. May Allah reward you with good.
Answer:
It is obligatory to order them to do what is right and forbid them from what is wrong, to disapprove of them, and to warn them of the consequences of that, for it is not permissible to delay the prayer from its time. Allah has prescribed for the Muslims that prayer is timed [Surat al-Nisa: 103], and He commanded that it be performed at its time. Allah commanded that it be performed at its time, and so did His Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him). He, the Exalted and Majestic, says: [Surat al-Isra: 78], meaning: the dawn prayer [Surat al-Isra: 78].
So it is obligatory that it be performed at its time, and it is not permissible for a Muslim to delay the dawn prayer until after the sun rises until he gets up for his work. Rather, he must pray it at its time. And if he does that intentionally, he commits disbelief according to a group of scholars if he does it intentionally and intends it; he commits disbelief according to a group of scholars, because of his saying (peace and blessings be upon him) in the authentic hadith:.
And whoever delays it from its time intentionally has left it. And he (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Sunan Ibn Majah 1079Sahih (Darussalam). So it is obligatory to be cautious; it is obligatory for the believer to be cautious of these great prohibitions. Even if it is said that he does not commit disbelief, he must be cautious, because it is a great and major sin, even if we say there is no disbelief, although the strong and stronger position is that the one who leaves the prayer commits disbelief, even if he does not deny its obligation; because of this authentic hadith and what came in its meaning. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: , narrated by Muslim in the Sahih.
So the one who leaves the dawn prayer until the sun has risen has intentionally left it. And if he leaves the afternoon prayer until the sun has set, he has intentionally left it. And if he leaves the night prayer until the dawn has appeared, he has intentionally left it. It is said to him: He did not pray, and it is said to him: He left the prayer. And if he leaves all five, it becomes more severe in disbelief. So the one who leaves one or two, his ruling is the ruling of the one who leaves them all. And Allah, the Exalted, says: [Surat al-Baqarah: 238], meaning: Guard them at their times. It is obligatory to guard them at their times, and it is not permissible to imitate the people of hypocrisy. Yes.

Answer:
It is obligatory to order them to do what is right and forbid them from what is wrong, to disapprove of them, and to warn them of the consequences of that, for it is not permissible to delay the prayer from its time. Allah has prescribed for the Muslims that prayer is timed
Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers a decree of specified times.
Establish prayer at the decline of the sun [from its meridian] until the darkness of the night and [also] the Qur'an of dawn
Indeed, the recitation of dawn is ever witnessed.
So it is obligatory that it be performed at its time, and it is not permissible for a Muslim to delay the dawn prayer until after the sun rises until he gets up for his work. Rather, he must pray it at its time. And if he does that intentionally, he commits disbelief according to a group of scholars if he does it intentionally and intends it; he commits disbelief according to a group of scholars, because of his saying (peace and blessings be upon him) in the authentic hadith:
Between a man and disbelief and shirk (associating partners with Allah) is the abandonment of prayer.
And whoever delays it from its time intentionally has left it. And he (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
The covenant that distinguishes between us and them is prayer; so whoever leaves it, he has committed Kufr.
Between a man and disbelief and shirk (associating partners with Allah) is the abandonment of prayer.
And Allah, the Exalted, says:
Maintain with care the [obligatory] prayers and [in particular] the middle prayer
