The Fate of the Believer's Soul After Its Extraction

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
A listener (A. M.) from the city of Ta'if sent a message containing some questions, one of which says: When a Muslim dies, the soul is extracted, so where does it go?

Answer:
The soul of the believer is raised to Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He), then it is returned to its body for the questioning, and then, as the hadith states, it becomes a bird in Paradise that hangs in the trees of Paradise, the soul of the believer, and Allah returns it to its body when He wills.
As for the soul of the disbeliever, the gates of the heavens are closed to it, and it is cast down to the earth, and it returns to its body for the questioning, and it is tormented in its grave along with the body. We ask Allah for safety.
As for the soul of the believer, it enjoys itself in Paradise and returns to its body when Allah wills, and it returns to it as soon as it is placed in the grave until it is questioned, as the authentic hadiths from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) state. When the soul of the believer exits, something like the most pleasant fragrance comes out of it, which the angels sense, and they say:
What is this good soul? Then the gates of the heavens are opened for it until it reaches Allah, and Allah says to it: Return it to My servant, for I created them from it and in it I will return them.ما هذه الروح الطيبة؟ ثم تفتح لها أبواب السماء حتى تصل إلى الله، فيقول الله لها: ردوها إلى عبدي فإني منها خلقتهم وفيها أعيدهم
His soul is returned to his body to be questioned. Then the hadiths came that this soul becomes in Paradise in the likeness of a bird, in the form of a bird that hangs in the trees of Paradise, and the souls of the martyrs are in the bellies of green birds.
As for the souls of the believers, they themselves become birds, as Ahmad and others narrated with a sound chain from Ka'b ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh: Allah is the Helper.
