The ruling on a single sacrifice on behalf of more than one household

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Among the questions of this questioner, he says: "Your Eminence, my wife, my children, and I live in an area far from the residence of my father, my mother, and the rest of the family. However, on the occasions of the festivals, we go to them to spend the festival period with them. During the blessed Festival of Sacrifice, we slaughter one sacrificial animal for everyone. Is that sufficient?"

Answer:
The Sunnah is for every household to offer a sacrifice. You offer a sacrifice, and your father offers a sacrifice, and so do the other households. If a person is in an independent household, he offers a sacrifice for himself and his family. This is the Sunnah. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with the best reward for us and for the Muslims.
