Q3: My brother and I are married, and we live in the same house with our parents. The question is: Is it permissible for us to share in the Eid sacrifice, given that we spend from one budget and cook one meal? Or does each of us need his own sacrifice, meaning: my sacrifice alone, my brother’s sacrifice, and the parents’ sacrifice?
A3: If the one who slaughters the sacrifice intends it to be on behalf of himself and the other residents of the house, then it suffices for all of them.
