The Ruling on Prostrating on the Fold of the Turban

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The questioner says: This, O honorable Shaykh! What is the ruling for one who prays while wearing a turban on his forehead, such that it reaches the eyebrow, meaning: he is covering the place of prostration, which is the forehead?

Answer:
The prayer is valid, but it is better to lift the turban and prostrate on the prayer mat. If he prostrates on his turban or on the edge of his cloak, there is nothing wrong with it, but it is better for his forehead to be on the prayer mat; that is what is best.
