What is the ruling on a woman who becomes pure but is unable to perform the full ritual bath due to a wound?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
A woman was admitted to the hospital for surgery on her leg, and she was menstruating. She became pure while in the hospital, but she was unable to perform the full ritual bath for menstruation because of the IV feeds and other medical equipment. So she performed dry ablution and prayed for several times. What is the ruling on her prayers? And what is obligatory for her? May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
If she was unable to perform the full ritual bath, then dry ablution suffices for her.
But if she is able to wash her body other than her leg, she should wash her head and her entire body except for the leg that has the injury.
The obligatory act for her is the full ritual bath. However, if she has wounds that would be harmed by water, or if the doctors advised her not to use water during the treatment period for an illness that water would harm, then there is no harm. Her dry ablution is valid, and her prayer is valid.
As for just the leg, it is obligatory that the leg be kept away from water; the leg is not washed. But she must wash the rest of her body for menstruation and major ritual impurity. If water does not harm her except for just the leg, she must repeat her prayers. She must repeat the prayer, and she must perform the full ritual bath. If there is a cast on the leg, she wipes over the cast. The bandage on it is wiped over entirely, and that is sufficient.
