Ruling on taking a waqf Qur'an copy outside the mosque

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Is it permissible to take the Qur'an copies that are in waqf in the House of Allah and read from them—meaning: outside the mosque?

Answer:
The most likely ruling is that it is not permissible; because the one who established the waqf intended for them to remain in the mosque so that the worshippers and readers who come to the mosque for that purpose can benefit from them.
The most apparent and most likely ruling is that it is not permissible to take them out. This is the apparent statement of the scholars, and it is the most apparent from the standpoint of evidence; because this means expanding the matter for people so that they take Qur'an copies from the mosques, or from the libraries, and make them lawful for themselves, or keep them for a long period, depriving people of them. This is not permissible. One reads in the mosque only, but taking them out is not allowed.
